Question
(3.5)engine suddenly died while doing grass.

Six years old, but not more than max. 50 hrs on it. I put in a new diaphram. Still not good! When carb's filled from can easily starts for first pull, runs nicely but goes only for 15-20 seconds. I've got fresh gas, and the plug is good too. Priming bulb feels softer when pushed, but no hole visible. What's next?

 Hello Thorens:

 Did you Blow out all Ports and Passages of the Carb when you Cleaned it and Put in the New Diaphram? Also the Primer Bulb needs to be Replaced anytime the Carb is Overhauled. The Problem is Still in the Carb. Replace the Primer Bulb and if that doesnt cure the Problem, then Overhaul the Carb again. Hope this Helps.
