Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Toro gts, adjustment screw, stock adjustment

Question
Hello I rebuilt a mikuni carb on my toro gts motor the carb number is 90614 d627 but it still will not pickup fuel. The bowl fills but it is like the jets are clogged I have tried carb cleaner and it doesnt seem to help. And the breather is also clean. There is only one adjustment screw besides the idle screw and it seems very lose fitting and I also do not know the stock adjustment on it. If you can help please do I was thinking of dropping it off at the local small eniges store and have it soked in the parts tank for a day or so but I am really not sure. Thankyou for your time David G Marsh

Answer
 Hello David:

The Adjustment Screw is Set as follows: Turn Clockwise until Seated. Do Not JAM. Turn Counter Clockwise 1 1/2 Turns. This gets the Engine Started. If the Engine Starts And Runs Contact me and We can Finish Setting the Fuel Mixture. If it Doesnt, Then the Carb needs to be Cleaned again and Blow out ALL Ports and Passages with High Pressure Air. Hope this Helps.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
