Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Carb Kit HH60-105106F, engine seals, silver hub

Question
Well I did the stupid thing after having paid someone to tune up and fix my rototiller.   I have a Troy Built horse just like the other guy and it would not start.  So I bought a carb  kit and replaced the float pin and the needle that attaches to the bolt that holds the bowl on.  I also replaced the Pin that  goes in the side at the bottom of the carb (obviously no mechanic) now I have two silver hub cap looking things and three different seal looking things.  I would discribe one as looking like a green oring another that is black and small and  I would have used it when I put together the float and then a hard small ring.  Any ideas?  Do you have a diagrahm by chance ?  It does start and run now, but I am not sure of the two pins I put in how many turns (they both have springs on them).  Oh well, I am sure I am not making sense.  I could send a picture of the remaining parts.

Hey you may not have a problem!  The hub cap looking things are caps that some folks haveto pop off the carb body (depending on the carb type) see, these kits are as universal as possible, and fit several variations of the carb types.  The gasket things are carb body to engine seals and you'll need only one (only if you replace yours which may be just fine)  I AM concerned about the o-ring.  It should have went on the nut or valve you replaced in the bottom of the carb bowl.  But hey if it dosen't leak gas- you ain't got a problem!
Starting point for needle valves is gently close them and back them out 1 1/2 turns.  Best advise is to start it, then adjust it in til it runs rough, adjust it out til it runs rough then go between these points.
