Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Loss in (power) steering on Deere 318, fluid oil, hydraulic cylinders

Question
Loss in (power) steering on Deere 318.  Did not store it inside during the winter.  (may the fluid froze?)  Now you have turn the wheel 10 times as much to turn.  Checked the "fluid oil" as it is called and appears to be ok.  Seemed to get better after of a while of driving it at first buy now stays bad...Two large cylinder push (& pull) the wheel front wheel axel. I have no idea...

Answer
 Hello John:

You need the Proper Tools for this Job. You have to Check the Pump Pressure. Also a Seal in one of the Hydraulic Cylinders May have Ruptured and Fluid is Bypassing this Seal causing Loss of Pressure. If you can Get the pump Tested and its OK, I can Help you find out which Cylinder is giving the Problem. Hope this Helps.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
