Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Leveling Yard Machine Tractor deck, triple blade, deck yard

Yard Machine 46" triple blade cutting deck Lawn Tractor, Model 13AJ699H062. One side of the mower deck has dropped down causing uneven cut.

 Hello Ralph:

 You will need to Remove the Deck from the Mower. The Deck Lift/Adjustment Rod has more than likely Broken or the Retaining Clip for the Rod may have Vibrated out allowing the Rod to Fall out of Place. Inspect ALL the LINKEAGE under the Mower. You should be able to see how the Deck is lifted. Lubricate ALL the LINKEAGE under the Mower with Liquid Wrench or WD-40. Be careful not to Spray the Belts. Once the Deck is off and if you Require more Assistance. Contact me and we can go from there if you can find the Problem.
