Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Toro drive belt, foot pounds, wd40

Hi Matt, I have a Toro 6.5 hp self propelled 22" mower. My question is how do I replace the drive belt of the self propelled? Is there a trick to getting the cover off? Any help would be great.

That model was not in my database im assuming you need to remove the blad adaptor on the end fo the crank so you can slidethe belt cover off spray it with penatrant  wd40 , pb blaster or the likes. use a hammer to tap on the sides the vibration will help the penetrant disolve the rust that has the blade adaptor stuck on the end of the crank when reinstalling the blade 40 foot pounds is the min torque.
