Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): secondary drive belt diagram, gold 12, riding mower

I have a craftsman OMV gold 12.5 hp riding mower and the secondary drive belt snapped. I bought a new belt but unaware of the proper route the belt takes.

Hi Shaun,

Sorry, I can't describe or point you to info or a schematic on the belt path.  Try it a few different ways and you will get it.  It will only look right and work one way.  Figure out which direction all the pulleys turn and that will guide you as to how the belt will need to travel.
