Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Fuel routing RYOBI 280r 31cc Leaf Blower, excess fuel, fuel inlet

RYOBI Parts Sketch does not show routing of fuel tubing to WALBRO carburetor.  Fuel tank has a filter bottom port and a mid level side port for a 1/4 O.D. 'return' tubing.  A 'primer bulb' is also provided.  Where does the 'return' connect to 'carb'?  Why do the designers have have need for a 'return' to tank at all?

Sorry for my delay.  The holiday was busy.

I don't know the exact configuration of your carb.
Usually the carb fuel inlet (Which comes from the tank filter) is located lower than the return.   The primer may either push the fuel and be instelled in that line or pull the fuel if installed in the return line.  The return is required to allow the excess fuel from the carb to bypass it.
