I need to replace the primer bulb on a Homelite Leaf Blower (Bandit Model)that is approx. 7-8 years old and can't seem to find one. Found Homelite distributors but no primer bulbs. I'm in the Charlotte, N.C. area

Is the primer bulb mounted in/on the carb?

Yes, I think so. There seems to be screw heads visible on top of the bulb caseing going down into the carb.
AnswerAny Homelite dealer in your local area should be able to get the part for you.
The carburetor will also have a brand name on it, like Wal-bro. Most Homelites use Wal-bro or Zama carbs. Most small engine dealers should be able to supply the part. I would take the blower to the shop with you so they can gt you the right part.
It's difficult to get the parts over the internet because the distributors usually have a term in the dealer contract that prevent internet sells...this is how they maintain their regional dealerships.
Look in your phone book under gasoline engines or similar topic to find the dealers in your area.
