Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): MiniMac carb adjustment, adjustment screws, initial settings

Question
Would you know the initial settings for the three carb adjustment screws on a Minimac 25 saw? Also, does turning clockwise increase or decrease fuel flow? This is an old saw that will idle (fast!) when the idle screw is backed off 3/4 turn and will pick up and saw after about a five minute warm-up, if the trigger is depresses several times. I have tried adjusting the hi & low speed screws without much success, and can't find a manual to get the correct procedure.
Thanks
Ken

Answer
The initial settings for both mixture screws is 1 1/2 turns out from lightly seated.  Clockwise decreases fuel flow.  If there is little or no change by adjusting the mixture screws, this indicates the carb has an internal blockage and will need to be cleaned thoroughly.  Hope this helps.
