Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Snowblower follow up question, hey lucy, corrugated paper

Question
Dear Mark,

Thank you for getting right back to me on my snowblower. Can you tell me where the filter is on it. I looked up and cannot find out where it is. You also indicated you would instruct me how to take carburetor apart and clean. I have not done the filter yet as I dont know if i have to take the whole blower apart or is it located in a spot of its own.

Thank u very much

Lucy

Answer
Hey Lucy,
To get to the filter you must look for a cover of some kind. Look for any one that is easy to get off(eg. pop the cover off with your finger). I could not tell you where it is exactly because im not sure of the model number. Just fool around with some things and see when you pop a cover off if there is a sponge or something that looks like corrugated paper underneath. One of those could be the filter. As for the carb can you please give me the model number and write back. Sorry for the inconvenience. As for the filter also write back when you find it. Good Luck.
