Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Small engine, briggs stratton, vanguard v2

Question
I have just purchased a brand new Briggs & Stratton 20 hp Vanguard V2 engine.

Unfortunately there is no owner's manual nor operating manual in the packing box.
Can you please help me out with the following issues:

1.   There are yellow and red wires , (red - unconnected) at the side of the engine, what looks like a charging regulator unit. To where should this red wire be connected?

2.   Electric key-switch start and kill switch - How do I wire up the electric key-switch start and the kill-switch (to switch off) the engine?

3.   Tachometer - Can I install a tachometer for this engine and how do I connect the wiring?

Answer
Because this is a new engine, I recommend you go back to the dealer and get the necessary documentation.  You could void the warranty if you attempt an installation without proper information and damage something.  I am not aware of a tachometer that is suited to leave installed on this type of engine.  Usually, the engine governed speed is set with an inductive tachometer and it doesn't change so it is unnecessary to have a permanent tach installed.
