Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): reassembly of 5hp, solid state ignition, tecumseh, pivot point, solid state

I failed to draw how to reattach the governor wire and the spring deal attached to the throttle wire on the handle of the mower.  There is a small device on the side of the engine and I think it is the governor outside connection. Could this be called the pivot point and have something connected to it?  Thanks  Dick

The shaft protruding from the side of the engine is the governor shaft.  This is where the governor arm re-attaches.  Because of the different variations in engines, it would be best to consult a Tecumseh service dealer (take the numbers from the engine with you) for the correct procedure for setting the initial governor arm setting.  Hope this helps.
