Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Power barrow, honda power, hp 500

I have on loan an HP 500 Honda Power Carrier.It is like a power wheelbarrow with tracks. It has an OHV engine of 5.5 Horse power. Since I tipped it over on its' side, it is running very roughly and keeps cutting out. It lacks power and doesn't seem happy and keeps spluttering.
It appeared to run OK after the tumble for about 30 minutes before playing up. It has plenty petrol, oil and hydraulic fluid and is less than a year old and the spark plug is like new.
Help.

Hi Angela,

I suspect the fall caused a problem with the carb, maybe dislodging dirt or debris inside.  You could try adjusting it but the settings shouldn't have moved that easily.  I would  remove the carb, disassemble it, clean all the small internal openings and blow it out with compressed air.
