Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): small engines & Toyota Celicas, toyota celicas, briggs and stratton

Question
Dear Sirs,                                       I doubt you will remember me with all the e-mail you get. I wrote 2 questions. 1 was about a 14 hp briggs it is hard to turn over like its got to much back pressure, you said try stp gas treatment how is that going to make it turn over easier? The other question was about a toyota celica not getting any gas like the fuel pump is out or a fuse is blown, I did not want to drop gas tank if I didnt have to,someone there said check the fuel pressure before I drop tank. How can I check the pressure when I dont have any? Can you please help me with these problems? I really cant afford to put them in a shop, living on a fixed income.
Thank You again for your time,

Answer
This is a little unorthodox, but I would try switching engines.  Switch the celica engine with the briggs and stratton.  Your lawn will be mowed in a hurry and you will not be able to go fast enough to hurt yourself in the celica.  I feel sorry for you.  Really!  Did you check the fuel pump?  or the fuse?  Why don't you try that first and then we will work on the mower.  As far as the engine turning over easier.  Why don't you try putting a little muscle behind it when you pull the chord?  As a matter of fact I recommend that you pull the chord 3 to 4 times a day until you build up some arm strength.  Let me know how that works out for you.
