Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): fishing boat, water the universal solvent, john bertrand

Question
I have a 20ft fishing boat that I like to use at lake Michigan. Recently I noticed some oil in the water when I go on trips. Is it a leak? How can I locate and repair it?

Answer
What you ought to do is get some money together, because you've just struck url!!!!!  It isn't you boat.  Have you ever read my section about "Water" the universal solvent?  You may want to read that.  If the oil was leaking from your boat the water would magically take care of it and push it way away from your boat much like a white blood cell does to a foreign body in the blood stream.  Yeah I would say you have definitely struck oil!!!  I would get together with some of the offshore people and see how much it would cost to put a drilling rig right in the middle of the lake. Hey they may have an expert in that area on this site that you can ask.  If they don't I will become one and then I can answer your further questions about drilling rigs in the middle of Lake Michigan.  No need to locate and repair anything.  You are going to be a rich man!!!  Can I borrow a dollar?  I am a little down on my luck.  Gte used to hearing that from all the relatives, because you know it is going to happen.  LEACHES - They did it to me after I made a fortune repairing peoples equipment at Toro.  If you don't believe me just ask John Bertrand he was there john5524_bert@yahoo.com.
