Snowmobile Repair: toro snowblower, fly wheel, toro dealer

I have a 5hp toro with a techumseh engine.The problem is that the magnets inside the flywheel that work with the ign.system keep moving out of place causing no spark. I tried epoxy,superglue etc. nothing seems to hold them in place.

I used to work for a Toro dealer and fix these everyday.  I have gotten this question from costumers before.  The only thing you can do is replace the fly wheel. The new one will have the magnets in place.  even if you do get them to stay on the tolorence is so tight that it will not run right.  I think a new flywheel was about 50 bucks but don't quote me on that.
