I have a 600 twin Ski-Doo.It hasn't been started since Dec. I now have it idling but every time I hit the throttle it dies or wants to. I've put new plugs in.It is a formula 1996 with a 1999 motor could the carbs be frozen?

  Sounds like it needs it's carbs cleaned real good. You might want to go ahead and put new jets in it too. Pay special attention to the inlet needle and seats, they are one of the biggest problems on sleds that have sat. Carb cleaning can be frustrating at times, so here is a manual you may find helpful: http://www.snowmobilefanatics.com/articles/default.asp?cid=2&aid=13  .  Also, if the sled has a fuel filter, it would be ideal to replace it.
