Questioncould i cut a portion of the bowl section to get to the four bolts or screws that hold the steering tilt together?
not having to take this damned thing apart! :)

WAIT....don't break or cut anything. Even if you did, you would still not be able to get a socket on them...they are inside a housing (picture attached)

Try this before you do damage and possibly cut too deep, leaving your vehicle unusable.
