Steering Column Repair: steering column wiring, delay wipers, wiper switches

Question
I have a 1986 monte carlo that i installed a tilt column from another monte carlo into, my problem is that i can't figure out where the plug for the wiper switch that comes out of the bottom of the column goes to for the wipers to work.It is the little thin plastic like plug with very thin wires

Let's go a couple of different ways here.
How many plugs (harnesses) did you unplug and are there the same number on the replacement column?
Do you have Cruise control?
Are the columns and vehicles form the same year?
Do the wiper switches both have delay wipers or are they different?
