My van isn't running the steering column is messed up it has been getting started up with a screw-driver, i think it needs a new ignition how much does a steering column will cost? it's a astro van

You can probably find a used column for anywhere from $50 to $250. Many times a cloumn with a functioning key is extra. A new ignition switch lock assembly will cost under $30. If you didn't damage the lock assembly cylinder, you could probably replace the lock assembly and save.
