Steering Column Repair: column conversion, k5 blazer, auto parts store

I have a 74 K5 blazer with an automatic column in it. The truck is a manual. I would like to know if there is a way to remove the sleeve that has the hole for the shift lever and replace it with one that does not. Where would I get the new sleeve? Thanks in advance.

You would have to remove the steraling wheel  Then yiu can pull the sleve out and u might be alble to get a plug to go in to that hole i would call a auto parts store and ask them to look in thire help seticin or a dealer can order one for you the same color as the colluim
