Steering Column Repair: steering wheel removal, chevy truck, sleve

I need to know how to remove air bag and steering wheel on a 97 chevy truck. Hop[e you can help me.

Hello Angie
are you trying to remove the whole colluim ?
If you are thire are 4 bolts under the dash remove them then . on plug all the wires. in the colluim.
no fear of the air bag going off you will see a slip sleve under the hood remove the bolt the colluim will pull right out .
