Towing Issues: my daughters car was towed, tow companies, tow company

Question
My daughter's car was at a friends house and the tow company took it away.  It was only there a few minutes, she was going to right back out, and it was gone.  The trailer park has a notice at the entrance; however, the manager did not call to have the car towed, the towing company just randomly goes in there once a month and tows any vehicles parked in the roadway.  Is this legal for the towing company to do?

Answer
Well depending on the laws of your State and or City, (you did not provide that info for specific answers), it is legal for tow companies in most cases to "PATROL - CRUISE" for parking violations if they have a written contract with the property management - owners.

In some cases the authorization can be a "blanket authorization" and in others it has to be specific to the incident and a individual signed authorization is needed.

1 minute or 1 hour, if the vehicle is not to be parked in the street, roadways, on the grass or what ever it's in violation and as such will be towed if the law permits it.
