I live in San Jose, California.
Can I call the tow truck to tow the car parked in my driveway?
Or do I have to call pocice and let them take care of that?

I would call the police and see what they can do. After all it can be stolen or what ever.
And is it "ALL THE WAY" in your driveway or park on the street?
