Towing Issues: Apartment Lot Towing, small claims court, tiny apartment

Lincoln, Ne My girlfriends car got towed without warning the other day. I live in a tiny apartment complex. She had been parking in a stall for a couple months now and suddenly it gets towed. There are no signs posting a tow away zone. Called the complexes management office and pretty much got a tuff crap response. What can i do?

well it sounds like you need to try the small claims court route if you so desire.

Its all the evidence which will make this case work.

Pictures of the parking lot, including entrances. Try to show "ANY SIGNS" at all in the pictures, even if they are for rental contact info or parking, or directional indications for driveways.
Now Nebraska has some laws which cover towing from parking lots and such, and I will let you search them as you will have answers to questions about what sections apply. I would be guessing.
