Towing Issues: Hi, rental contracts, entrances and exits

But what if there is nothing like private parking written and my car got towed due to not seeing any parking messages in my apartment. In my parking lot, there is nothing written like private parking or sth.

Depending on what City and State you are in there might be some laws which require signs to be posted. But as a general rule they are posted at the entrances and exits (in case you come in the wrong way) and that meets the laws in most cases.

There are no laws to require signs in each space other than some places have spaces marked with numbers and such in paint on curbs and such. (think like a handicapped space)

And in most apartment rental contracts - leases, there are provisions for parking written in there.
