Towing Issues: Towed my car, small claims court, tow company

My name is Debra  I parked my car in a parking spot that is not designated for anyone I do not drink nor do I do drugs. I have no doubt where I parked this company hired by the complex towed my car claiming it was illegally parked. I want this complaint investigated on Monster Towing the address is 920 E. Broadway Phoenix AZ  # .

They did not inform the police so when I reported it stolen I had to waste our officers time to come out to then advise me it was towed. I lost a day of pay and a possible write up due to the fact I was not at work today. I want to know my rights and they are saying I have to pay to get my car out when I should be able to file charges against them for stealing my car.What are the rights of the people? Phoenix AZ

Now I really have no way to "investigate complaints" about towing companies and this is just a question and hopefully answer board about towing issues.

Reporting the vehicle towed is "GENERALLY" done within 1 hour of the tow and your timing might of been in that time frame, but then I am generalizing answers here on some of this.

Now as to missing work and such, I have no way to do anything about that and neither does the Small Claims court. But you are always able to sue the tow company for the charges and such, and hopefully the judge will agree with your side of the issue.
