Towing Issues: parking, gross vehicle weight, apartment management

a resident in the apartment complex where i live has somehow obtained a commercial air conditioning and heating trucing with two ladders on it's roof.i think its illegal to park a truck all night like this in an apartment complex.am i right?

Heck if I know the "LEGAL ANSWER" as your lease - rental contract will be where the information is regarding parking vehicles.

I know that in some Cities there are rules - regulations and laws regarding parking commercial vehicles or vehicles over a certain gross vehicle weight in residential areas.

But since there are 50 states and about a million cities, townships and other legal government agencies there can be dozens of answers.

I would check with the apartment management and see what they say about it. After all they will be the ones who tend to enforce the laws which either the City has or they have.
