Towing Issues: Illigal Parking at private property, visiting nurses, reply thanks

We are a privae company in chicago, IL. and we have a parking space at the back of our office. There is a sign of illegal parking that a vehicle will be towed if a car is not a customer or employee of the company. In short unidentified car. The car is already parked when we arrived at the office (8:30am)this morning and up to this time 12noon the car is still there. Our manager is coming and some employees are complaining that they have no space for parking. Our visiting nurses and other medical employees are come and go at our office to transact their activities and we need a space at the parking space. What shall we do. Can we asked the towing company to tow this car at this time or there is a prescribe length of time when to tow such illegal parkers. Please reply. Thanks a lot. Demie/Admin

I would love to provide specific information regarding towing in the Chicago area but they have and keep changing the rules all the time.

But since you have a sign up already, you might just have to have a contract with a tow company and then have vehicles towed.

But I am not sure if you have left a note on the vehicle, but that might help. It might be an employee driving a different vehicle, or something like that.
