Towing Issues: Hazmat, osha niosh, tows

i was wondering how you charge for hazmat tows? Yesterday a propane truck had flipped and was about 1/2 loaded. i flipped it over an towed it about 10 miles. How would you charge? Someone said charge double for hazmat just want to get other opions. thanks Ikard Towing

OSHA, NIOSH and DOT have regulations regarding towing of haz mat loaded vehicles. If you are not Haz-Mat certified you shouldn't even tow one. If the Fire Department or Haz-Mat team was there then you charge what you normally charge. If you had to do any clean up you are supposed to be certified to perform those tasks.
