Towing Issues: towing Honda CRV, honda crv, tow dolly

Can I tow a Honda CRV from Virginia to Maine using a tow dolly from UHaul?  This is the dolly where you just put the front tires on the dolly.  Are there particular steps I need to follow?

You didn't specify year or transmission type but generally front wheel drive versions, regardless of transmission type, transporting the vehicle with the front wheels in the dolly will be fine. I'm not sure about the 4wd drive versions but wouldn't suggest a dolly with a four wheel drive vehicle. There are procedures that can be taken to prevent damage to the transmission (especially if it's 4wd) and would suggest refering to the owner's manual for more information.
