Towing Issues: Car towing, small claims court, expired registration

A warning had been placed on my car for expired registration,and stored vehicle. I was given three days to take care of the matter. I did get my registration for the car and washed the car within two days. But my car were still towed from my carport.  What rights do I have as a tenant?

depends on the state and even the city you are in as many have regulations which control towing, and appeal processes.  

If you do not have any other choice you can always take the property management to small claims court if you think you were wronged.
