Towing Issues: truck parking, ups delivery, commerical vehicle

I would like to inquire about a law in Ohio that allows vehicles with commercial truck plate to park in "no parking" zones.

I really have no idea of what you are looking for.  I know that this question will have different rules as each city will have its own regulations, then counties have rules and regulations, and then there are state laws which are in effect.  

Now a no parking zone is there for a reason, and being a commerical vehicle or not does not matter.   No parking zones can be fire lanes where only emergency vehicles are allowed.. A vehicle like a UPS delivery truck has to follow the laws.
