QUESTION: california    San bernardino

Answer
Did they give you a break down on what the fees were for (ie Towing, Storage, etc)? When the vehicle was recovered was there anything extra required to recover the vehicle. If the vehicle was stolen, did they find the person who took it? Did you have insurance? You can access the California state code on line through DMV. It list all the requirements for towing companies, storage and the process for contesting a tow. Did they have a contact number to call you when they found the vehicle?
