QUESTION: NO BUT THEY SAID TO HOLD IT 30 DAYS THE OWNER NEVER CAME AN PICKED IT UP BUT THE BANK HAS A LIEN ON IT AN THE BANKS LAWER IS SAYING WE CAN ONLY CHARGE  STORAGE FOR THAT  30 DAYS ONLY  WHAT YOU THINK  I AM  THE  TOWING  OWNER BY  THE  WAY

What state are you in? Did you file the paperwork for an abandoned vehicle? If so, as long as you notified the lien holder within the required time you can charge storage for as long as the vehicle has been unclaimed. I guess the owner knew it was there and did not inform the bank?
