Towing Issues: Repo towing, repo company, car repo

My ex-wife refuses to pay on a car that is titled under my name. She has no right to the car through divorce or any other paperwork. Can I hire a tow company to have the car repo'ed?

Is your wife on the title? (I need to be sure it does not say and/or on the title. What state are you in? Repo laws vary from state to state but in most states you can go get the vehicle yourself or hire a towing/repo company to pick it up for you. You could also call the finance company and have them pick it up and allow you to redeem it.
