Towing Issues: Private Property Towing, eviction process, rv owners

I own a private club and resort in Ca and we on occasion rent space to rv owners.  I have one person that stopped paying any space rent 8 months ago and now I would like to have them towed away because they are now squatting and wont leave.  Can I just have a towing company come in and post 72 hour signs and then tow them after the notice and 72 hours?

That gets into a residential eviction type situation. Do you have a contract or lease that allows you the ability to tow vehicles. The only problem I see is that they can claim they reside there which would make it a rental/tenant issue. In most states you have to go through an eviction process.
