Towing Issues: Vehicle Towed in an Assigned Apartment Carport (cont.), emissions standards, inspection sticker

Question

I attached a photo of the parking policy off of my lease.

I did get a hold of the assistant manager about the towed vehicle, she said that the parking policy is on the lease. Which I reviewed and it did state about having "no current inspection sticker"(section3 on attached pic.). Just to verify, is an inspection sticker equivalent to a DMV sticker that's affixed to the back plate?

I did mention about the vehicle being parked in my assigned stall, and how it's included in my monthly rent. And whoever's vehicle is parked in it is my property. From my previous message, on how it's similar to entering my apartment and taking an expired jar of jam. She mentioned that it didn't matter where it was parked, it was getting towed. I'm not sure if her statement is true according to the lease.

Answer
I would recommend having an attorney look at your lease. They are more familiar with property issues.
The inspection sticker is usually affixed to the front windshield and is issued by the state every year to certify that a vehicle has been inspected, is safe and meets local emissions standards.
