Towing Issues: Towing fee in Dayton, OH, puc office, tow companies

I was wondering if there is such a thing as a maximum fee that can be charged for towing a vehicle. This is in Dayton, OH. If so, is there a single entity that regulates this or is it in the Ohio Revised Code? I could not find it there.

Ohio has the PUC office which controls tow companies if they do travel or do business outside of the main locations city.

Other than that there are a few cities which regulate rates in Ohio and its really hard for me to find information for Ohio...

Sorry for not having more information but its one of those states I hate to get questions about rates and regulations from.

You might look at the following website and see what they have for Dayton and see if there are some laws which might apply.
