Towing Issues: towing a buick century, tow dolly, drive wheels

Question
I own a 2001 buick century, when i'm towing it do i need all 4 tires off the ground or just the front 2? Dont want to damage the transmission.

Answer
if this is behind a motor home or something, the best method is to "GET THE DRIVE WHEELS OFF THE GROUND"

That means at least that the front wheels should be on a tow dolly to prevent transmission damage with a front wheel drive vehicle.  If it was a rear wheel drive then it should have the rear wheels on the dolly...  All wheel drive - Four wheel drive then all the wheels off the ground.

Hope that helps.
