Towing Issues: Glove box again, tow truck drivers, traffic warrant

Can the towing company search a locked glove box directly after towing it of the highway because the owner was taken in on a traffic warrant.

Well, I am not sure "legally" but in many cases the police do an inventory of the vehicle to "protect the property of the vehicle owner"

Some tow companies do that also, and I really can not answer this as company policies come into play at times.

Plus as much as I hate to say it, there are some dishonest tow company owners and tow truck drivers out there also...
