Towing Issues: Forgot to display my Handicap Placard, handicap placard, handicap parking

I had parked in a Handicap parking at a Hospital but forgot to place my Placard! I found a ticket on the car that I had borrowed. Can I go to the Courthouse and prove that I do have a Handicap Placard to the court and that it is in my name?

Well I would say that it depends on what you feel is worth the effort...  Is the ticket a "HIGH PRICED" ticket or one of those kind of nuisance tickets...

But depending on the judge it would be hard to say if you would have the ticket thrown out or not.

And I know in some areas, the handicapped placard is "REGISTERED" to the vehicle, not the person so that would be the factor also...

I have seen some which have the vehicle information it was issued to on it, so it would be hard to say that it is legal when its on another vehicle.

The answer really depends on a lot of things, and this is one where "LEGAL ISSUES" get into the answers and I tend not to answer them.
