Towing Issues: 98 Subaru Forester damaged when towed, subaru forester, mechanics service

Question
My AWD Forester was towed with a front end dolly leaving the rear tires on the road. The tower attempted to take it onto the highway when the rear axel began to seize at which point they stoped and got a flat bed. Now when taking tight turns the rear tires skip and the tighter i turn the more gas it feels like i need to give to finnish the tur like starting a standard with the emerg break on. My car is a standard and the grage has no idea what is wrong with my car. Have you heard of this in the past or have any suggestions?

Answer
Well I really have no idea of what could be causing the issues, other then it sounds like the AWD is all messed up and trying to lock into gear at times when cornering..

YEAH it does sound like the tow company has a problem with the damage to the vehicle from what you described...

Other than that, I would take a lot of mechanics - service writers and such on road trips to show them what it is doing. That way they might find the issue, but I bet its gonna be costly what ever it is.
