Towing Issues: towing from city street, dade county florida, miami dade county florida

Is it legal for a management company of an association to have a vehicle towed from a city street?
I know that the street is basically an access street only to this commercial warehouse park. But it is still a city street. How do I obtain this information?
The street in question is in MIAMI (DADE COUNTY ) Florida

Well in some cases the property is Private property but with agreements for the city to maintain the roadways, and that creates problems.

As to your question, I would guess that you would have to go to the city / county and check the actual plot or tax maps on this area so that you could find out if it is truly a private road or a City street.

And then you would begin to get the idea if it was a legal tow or not.
