Towing Issues: stolen car, storage fees, tow company

my car was stolen from my yard about 1 month ago it was i received a call from the police saying it was recovered an in a towing lot.  the towing company wants to charge me for the days there even though i agree to give them the car i am in florida

Well it mainly is a company policy which you might be dealing with in regards to the storage fees when you surrender the title to the tow company.

I wish I could provide an answer to you on this issue, but best suggestion is to talk to the tow company more and see if you can work out the issue...
