Towing Issues: Towing regulations, legal suit, tow company

I was wondering if I am allowed for a copy of the actual tow paperwork that is done by the driver and signed by the person authorized at the property.

Answer
It's not mandatory for the tow company to provide the enforcement contract or official authorization to a violator but the contract must be readily available to law enforcement if required. Personally, I don't know of anyone providing that kind of information unless required in a legal suit or subpoena.
