Towing Issues: towing, steering wheel cover, suspension repairs

Question
Recently I was in an accident, my truck was towed by a flatbed. The bumper was bent into the tire so the wheel was turned to the left. My truck was repaired and when i got it back my steering wheel cover was in a different position, instead of the medallions in 10 and 2 it was in 12 and 4. Also the steering wheel will not lock and has play in it. Could this be from trying to straighten the wheel to get it on the flatbed truck.

I doubt it unless the vehicle just had the bumper pulled out of the tire...

Was it repaired at a body shop, and did they do any suspension repairs. They might of overlooked recentering the steering wheel...

Not real sure as I was not there and can not see the vehicle now...
