Towing Issues: Towing from Mobile Home Park, mobile home park, home park

Question
I live in N. Las Vegas Nevada. Recently, the mobile home park in which I reside was having the streets paved and entrance to my driveway AND half the park was blocked off. I found an out of the way place to park inside the park that didn't block the work being done but was part of a side walk. They sent out a notice saying that, "if we parked in an area that was in the way of the work, we would be towed." The notice gave no information about where we could park though. The next day my vehicle was towed away.  The next day the manager allowed another vehicle (maybe a workers') to park there without towing it away. Is this legal?

Answer
It would be hard to argue the case since they did give notice. Also, since the sidewalk isn't a parking space, the vehicle would be towed, paving or not. My suggestion is ask management where residents can properly park BEFORE something like this comes up again. Sorry you had to find out the hard way.
