Towing Issues: reserved parking spaces until 6pm, small claims court, cheap answer

Question
I have been parking in the same lot behind my work for almost a year now, in Seattle Washington. There are signs that read "reserved until 6pm" and there are towing signs.  Recently there has been a new owner of the business in which the parking lot is reserved for during the days.  This recent owner has not been clear about the parking situation and has towed over 10 cars in the past month (one of which was mine).  I am wondering if I have a proper justification for taking her to small claims court, as the parking restrictions are suddenly so vague.

Answer
I would question this as "who owns the property" as when a business moves in they tend to get parking rights but not towing rights per state law...

I know that sounds like a cheap answer, but it really depends on who has what rights spelled out in contracts and such... That would be the key here. Get all the information you can on who is property owner and who is tenant and you might get a better idea of what happened.

You always have the rights to go to small claims court over issues like this and I can not say you do not..  But remember you have to have all the evidence to win the case, one wrong thing and you will lose.
